  I can access the site, but the site owner (my client) can’t. I was made an administrator originally, but now can’t access the users to help site owner gain access again – it just tries to redirect me to my first blog from like 10 years ago that I no longer use. How can we both gain full access again?

  The site I need help with is margaritaquihuis.com/. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

  Hi @colleentype, no problem — have either of you tried using a transaction ID to recover the account associated with that site?
