User name

    User names and blog names share the same database table, so beyond the initial offer to register a matching blog name with your user name, you cannot register a separate user name which matches an existing blog name.

    So I guess that if you create a table by creating a blog under a different user name, the entry for the “new” user name will be blank. Am I right? Or is it not but it’s not accesible?

    I understand that they share the same table, but I don’t understand why some entries can be added and some others not.

    That’s just how we’ve done it since the day we opened. It’s unlikely that will ever change.
