  Hello,
  I purchased a new URL on December 9, 2015, but cannot locate it. I have proof on my bank statement. The url is elaneventsbyknicole.com. I don’t think I set it up under this email or username address. I thought the email address was (email visible only to moderators and staff), but nothing found.   Thank you, but unfortunately I don’t have any information to prove I own it. Just my bank statement. I may have deleted my confirmation email by mistake. The recovery forum requires some type of proof. Is there anyone I contact besides through forums?

  Hi there,

  If you can’t remember the correct email address, you will indeed have to submit the account recovery form. As you have an upgrade on that blog (your domain), you can use the transaction ID of that upgrade to verify your ownership.

  All our transactions are handled via PayPal, even if you don’t have a PayPal account yourself. I’m not sure if that ID appears on your bank statement, but you can also contact PayPal directly to obtain it. Then you can include that ID in the Account Recovery Form and we can help you get back into it.
