User Name Already Used

I have a domain name, I have an email address, but when I attempt to create another free web site on WordPress (my third), the page tells me that the username and E-mail address have already been used, of course they have. They’re mine. What am I doing wrong and why can I not used the same E-mail address and user name? Do I need to download WordPress for each website?

I really wish you had a phone number I could use to talk to the real people. Forums are okay but they can be a little bit slow and I like talking with people.

It sounds like you’re trying to sign up for a new WordPress.com username, rather than add a site. To create a new site, all you should need to do (once you’re logged in to WordPress.com) is mouse over your user menu (top right, in the dark-grey bar — it should have your name and a tiny version of your avatar image, if you’ve selected one) and select Manage My Blogs.
