User name and blog name

  I changed my user name and loss my blog…i had the blog name hazelsgranddaughtercancook.
  i wanted to change it to frombeverlysfrontporch. well now i can’t log in with hazelsgranddaughtercancook. however it still showing up as my name on my blog page. please change this for me to frombeverlysfrontporch. which does show up as my user name but not the name of my blog..HELP!
