Hi, my name is Aasef Shafik. I have a site on word press teeplusmessage.com and my dev is no longer working for me. The username and password he has provided me are no longer working. He also used the password reset email his own email and now I have no way to access my site.
The username and password worked at one point but no longer working. I have sensitive information on the site such as payment information.
Please kindly provide me with a solution as soon as possible. -

It looks as though the website that you require assistance with is a self-hosted WordPress.org site rather than WordPress.com.
