user name and password don’t work

    our website is http://www.stonerevival.com
    we used Geomatrix Group out of Manchester Ctr Vt and India
    they gave me username and password for access to the backend of our site and they don’t work
    they have asked for $500 for hosting and I think it’s too high, my concern is that they have locked me out of the site so that I can’t change hosting.

    my email address is (email visible only to moderators and staff)
    our phone number is 802-746-8110

    please help!

    Your website does not look like it is hosted on WordPress.com.
    We’re able to help only with websites hosted on WordPress.com.

    To clear up any confusion, there are 2 versions of WordPress. WordPress.com is a managed environment different from using the open source WordPress installation. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two, different entities.

    WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

    You might check in with your host to see if there’s an error log you could look at for more information. Or, you could look in this forum; perhaps someone there has experienced something similar:
