User Name Change, Lost Traffic
-
Hi, I need some help. I recently changed my username from darladowninf.wordpress to sororamystica.wordpress. I did not realize IO would not be able to change back, and all my traffic has not been redirected. Since it’s already been changed I cant make the 12.00 redirect purchase work. Can someone please help?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You will need Staff help. Here’s the link http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/ After you use the searchbox at the bottom of the page there will be a section that says “Have you found the answer to your question?” You can choose either “Yes I found the answer to my question.” or “No I didn’t find the answer to my question and I would like to contact support for help.” The no option will reveal the contact form.

Thank you for your help
It’s not even letting me get that far, when I enter a search question, the page never goes to anything else.
Also do you know anything about authenitcating on google? it’s not recognizing my google meta tag -
After what you just posted I’m scratching my head and wondering what in the wordl you mean.
To verify blog ownership of a WordPress.com blog there is a spacial process you need to follow see here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/webmaster-tools/

The contact form opens up at the bottom of the page and depending on how big your browser window is you might not see the form, have you tried scrolling down the page after you try the search term?
I just searched on pizza and it worked fine for me.

Then I suggest that you contact Staff. Here’s the link http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/

@sororamystica: can you try using a different browser to access the contact page? It shouldn’t be giving you some error on page message (I have found that IE tends to be a bit peculiar about giving errors when other browsers have no problems with a a particular page). If not, try clearing your cache and any wordpress cookies, login, and try again.
I just did a search for cookies, and got this message:
Oops, we found no suggestions
It looks like we had no suggestions for any of your search terms.
Please try entering one or two words that describe what you’re looking for help with, and watch out for typos!
If you still have no luck, please send us your query using the form below. Thanks!
And beneath that, there was the contact form.
