User name error, paid account recovery

  This is URGENT! Corporate Website not able to access through paid for annual Business plan at WordPress.com! On trying to login, says User Error and asks to submit form to recover. It has been many hours, no response. SUPER FRUSTRATED, anyone has ideas to resolve this?
