User name help

    Hi

    I’m looking for advise. I have my admin username set up as my business name so that my blog etc shows my business name and not my personal name.

    I have another admin set up and when they post notes in the customer notes it shows their name however mine shows as my username, Is there a way for my notes to show as my personal name without changing my public name?

    Also when a note to customer is added it doesn’t say note to customer or sent to customer etc so there’s no way of knowing if it’s been added as a private note or note to customer. Is there a way around this also?
