User name problem

A relative created a wordpress user name by going to wordpress .com/signup. He received notification from word press stating user name and referring to his email address. He choose issue name only. He did not fill in the web siteHe then got email from wordpress with web site to activitate user name. He then got email confirming user name and giving password. His email address was then added to my users. The problem is that when I look at my user listing his name is shwon under user name but under name it is blank and under web site it is blanl. Other names have data under these headings.
When he goes to website and chosses post he gets message regarding obtaining a web site instead of the abiliy to post.
I am starting to get family members to use web site and have run into problem with first users since I originally atarted and then assigned my wife as a use.

You have had a couple of days now of probelms all related to the same subject. Assuming both you and your relatives have followed all the instructions correctly and are still having problems IMO volunteers are not likely to be able to help you. I believe you’ll have to send in a feedback on this.
