User name to link to blog?

  How do I get my username to be a link to my blog on here? It seems like some peoples are?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Also, is there a way to link my username permanently so I don’t need to type in my URL each time like: http://howsweet.wordpress.com/. ?

  You can link your username to your blog URL. Go into your dashboard to users > your profile. then scroll down to ‘contact info’. In the spot where it says ‘website’ fill in the address of your blog (starting with http:// ) and save the changes.
  Now when you comment here and on other wordpress.COM blogs, your name will link to your blog.
