User on account cannot access Gravatar

    One of my users (email visible only to moderators and staff) cannot log in to her Gravatar account. She’s one of the admins on our WordPress account. It keeps telling her that her Gravatar account was closed with no way to get support for her issue. She’s tried resetting her password but this has proved unhelpful. Thanks for your help!

    Hi @rachelshockeywia,

    It looks like they have deleted their account. I suggest they email help@wordpress.com from the email address they used to register it, and we can help un-delete the account.
