User privileges question

    I used to be able to edit my users information. I don’t seem to be able to do that any longer. Am I doing something wrong? I need to change an e-mail address associated with a user. Also I’ve set up additional admins, but they can’t manage the e-mail forwards like I can. I need to enable all admins to do this.

    Hi there,

    Each WordPress.com user is in control of their account information and can change it from their account settings page here: https://wordpress.com/settings/account/

    When you have a custom domain linked to your blog, only the owner of the domain upgrade (the user who purchased it initially) can set up email forwarding. However, you’re welcome to set up an email forward for someone else to use. We have information about how that works here: Email Forwarding
