  hello , i have been looking for a plugin for wordpress that gives users the ability to rate another user on their products like the ebay user reviews, and was wondering is there something out there like that ?

  Hi !

  You can’t install plugins on WordPress.com but there is already a rating system implemented, I don’t know if it’s enough for your needs though, you can read about it here : http://en.support.wordpress.com/ratings/ In your case, you could make a post per product and it should work, comments as user reviews and ratings from 1-5 stars.
