  hello i have been looking around for a while and was wondering if there is any plug-in for wordpress where users can rate other users on there products on a site, kind of like ebay user reviews .

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  You cannot do that kind of ecommerce here at all. You can’t use plugins on a WP.com site. What you want for that is an independently hosted WordPress.org site.
