  My question is in regards to the site: distributor.ellex.com/cc/

  I had admin access to the backend. I tried logging in after some time but I cant access it and cant even reset the password.
  Another admin user, already logged in, is unable to find me in the registered user list but when he tries to register me as a new or existing user it gives an error of ‘User already exist’.
  I am not sure what might be the issue?

  I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
