Hi,
Is this for your site at http://skylinebuildingservices.org/ ? That site is using WordPress.org on a different hosting service (more about the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress.org).
This site is for support for users on WordPress.com. WordPress.org support forums are located at http://wordpress.org/support/
Looking at your site, though, it appears that registration is open. You may be able to close this in the Settings->General area of your website. (notice the Register link at the bottom of http://skylinebuildingservices.org/wp-login.php ).
If that doesn’t help, please do drop a note in the WordPress.org forums.
Cheers!

Looks like the same thing on that site — http://www.skylinebuildingsvcs.com/wp-login.php?action=register
That site is also using WordPress.org, though, so if you’re having trouble shutting off the registrations in the Settings->General page of that site, please try the support forums at http://wordpress.org/support .
Cheers!

It isn’t actually linked from your home page anymore, it doesn’t look like. My guess is folks are able to guess the address of http://www.skylinebuildingsvcs.com/wp-login.php and find the register link on that page.
For your site, you’re hosting WordPress on your own server. If you login to your site’s dashboard at http://www.skylinebuildingsvcs.com/wp-admin/ , then visit the Settings->General page, you can unclick the setting for membership (which looks like this: https://cloudup.com/cJDmJqn1e55 ), then save the setting page.
Your site isn’t listed on WordPress.org; that’s the site that provides the software that is running on your server.
