user role change

  I am using the std functionlaities of WP.com, I want to change the user role of some of my blog-members why is this Not possible?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello @alexandrebny,
  It is possible to change the user roles of the members, but you must be the administrator to that.

  So if you are the admin then please follow this official support guide to change user roles:
