Hi, there is no login button in my website. How would people login or sign up for my site? There is only WordPress login and sign up button. What will people do if they don’t want to create website on WordPress and just login or sign up to my blog?

First of all, what is your purpose in letting people signing up for your blog? Do you want them to be able to post to your blog or just want them to follow your blog?
To invite users to contribute to your blog, you can invite them as contributors: https://en.support.wordpress.com/adding-users/.
To become a contributor, the person needs to sign up an account on WordPress.com. So when they receive the invitation email sent by you, they can get to the signup page by clicking the link in the email to create an account.
You can also use the above way to invite followers to your blog. An alternative way is to use the Follow Blog Widget (https://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/follow-blog-widget/) to allow visitors to subscribe to your blog’s updates via email.
