User Roles and Publicize

Can only posts published by the Administrator of a blog be Publicized to Twitter/ Facebook, etc?
My blog has various people set up with Author and Editor privileges but there doesn’t seem to be a facility within their ‘Settings’ or on the ‘Publish’ box for their posts to be published on our Twitter a/c. I would like all posts published on the blog to go to Twitter / Facebook, etc. Suggestions, please? The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Any post author can Publicize a post, and non-administrator users for the blog will need to connect Publicize from their WordPress.com account to their other account(s) by checking the service(s) they want to configure from Dashboard -> My Blogs, and they’ll be prompted to authorize each service.

There isn’t a way to have all posts, regardless of the post author, to be Publicized to one account, so my best suggestion is to use the Sharing button(s) after a user—other than yourself—publishes a post.

Thanks, Bryan – that was the solution I was looking for. Appreciate your help with this.
