  I have invited other people to contribute to my blog, but it won’t let them sign up for an account without making a blog of their own. From your docs and help, you should be allowed to just be part of my blog without an extra blog.

  Can you show me the link I need to use as http://wordpress.com/signup doesn’t let them.

  Upon heading to our sign up page, you friends should see a small link underneath the username text box that allows them to “Sign up for just a username.”

  I’ve pointed it out in this image.
