User Selectable images from Media Gallery

  Does anyone know of an existing plugin for WordPress that allows a user visiting a wordpress site (but not logging in) and being able to ‘select’ multiple images from an image gallery and then ‘submitting’ the list of them to the wordpress site admin?

  Basically need an image gallery that would allow this, with the ability to email the list of selected images with a note.
