User Submitted Posts

  Hi All,

  I started my first blog last week and I have a question concerning the plugin User Submitted Posts. I was reading the following:
  http://wordpress.org/plugins/user-submitted-posts/installation/
  I downloaded the version 20140308, and save it in my computer. But now, I can not figure out how to upload my user-submitted-posts/ directory to my plugins folder. I am not sure how to do it.

  I know there are several post on this already but none of them address this specific situation. Probably is very easy…If you could help me will be great.
