User unable to create account

    I’m trying to help a student who is trying to create an account on wordpress.com but they seem to be stuck in a loop. When they go to login wordpress.com tell them they don’t have an account associated with that e-mail. When they then try to create an account it tells them they already have an account and to login. They can get the verification e-mail sent to them (that has the verification code) but when they put that in it tells them they don’t have an account.

    Has the student contacted us directly? We’re happy to take a look but we would need to hear from them directly as we are not able to help them via a proxy.

    Can you tell me how to contact you? I’ve tried to find an e-mail or a contact form but I can’t find one that is accessible to them without an account.

    Can you have them email help@wordpress.com ? That will probably be fastest in this situation.
