User unable to receive invites to my blog

  I have a wordpress user that unknowingly has set up an ‘ignored my invites’ and now can’t receive any new invites to my blog, and therefore I can’t set her up as a contributor. Can you please let me know how I can change this so I can get her onto our blog?

  The blog I need help with is perquisiteblog.wordpress.com. The User is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  I have had her check her junk/spam and there is no record of an invite at all.
