User wallet transfer plugin

    Hey everyone,

    Are there any plugins out there that allow for website users to exchange their pre paid wallet funds between each other? Not freely whenever they wish to, but rather through the completion of a certain condition which allows for one user to transfer their fund to another user. Plus, the plugin will pocket a small commission for the website for providing the medium of exchange.

    New to WordPress so any help will be appreciated :)
