Hello there!
Since some days I cannot access my WP admin account. I’ve tried to reset my password but even like this I cannot access any more my account. Can you please help me with this issue?

You can use the Account Recovery option by filling this form.
You will need the following details handy:
1. Registered email id
2. URL of the specific blog
3. A contact email address that you have access to
4. Proof of Ownership (Transaction ID, Activation URL or Two Factor Authentication codes)You can also try SMS Recovery if you’ve switched on the Two Step Authentication.

Hopefully the above info provided will help you but it would have been simpler to log out of this new account you’ve created and log back in with the correct username and password.

Hello guys,
Thank you very much for you time and prompt request.
Here is the point. I already did the password reset and nothing.
I can see my blog with all my posts there but when I try to log in I receive a page with the information to open my email and to try to log in again then when I insert my user-name I get this error message.
“Cannot Access the Dashboard Requested”.
I’m completely lost.There is anything else where I can do?

Are you resetting the password for the account you are currently logged in to? That site is under a different account with the username geraldozamproni.
log out of this new account you’ve created and log back in with the correct username and password.
