Hi
I have tried to reset the email in the user setting and it says it will send a email to the new address to confirm it. However we are not receiving the email to the new address. How do I fix this?

The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here is only six hours old, doesn’t own any sites, and has never had any email changes.
If you’re trying to change the email for the admin account on a self-hosted WordPress site, please ask the WordPress.org community for advice instead. They provide support for the version of WordPress you’re using:
