Username

I recently created a site. Unfortunately I don’t seem to have the right username or email — the site is not accepting the choices I thought I made. Have been unable to reset a password.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The usernames are unique so if someone has already taken by someone else, then you cannot use that username, for more information on “Username” please follow the support documents here:
Email addresses: Again same implies to the email address that means you cannot use the email address which is already being used by another WordPress.com, in that case, if you own the email address then just click “Forgot Password” option from the login page and reset it.
But you can, of course, change the email address, for more information on “Updating Email Address” please visit:

This forum is to get help for sites managed and hosted by WordPress.com
You can get help for many issues in the forums at https://wordpress.org/support/ . Try posting your question there to get advice from the community on this issue.

You’re absolutely right, I am not sure if users are able to change the site which they need help with because when I saw it was WordPress.com site Maybe.
Please post your question at WordPress.org Forum as suggested by @sachintawde for help with your self-hosted site, or you may also seek help from Bluehost which is your host.
