  If I delete this account, would I be able to make a new account with the same username? I have an old account and I can’t do much here. So I want to delete this and get the new editor and make an account there with the same username.

  Can you give more details of what you’re trying to achieve. Deleting a username doesn’t free it up to be used again and if it did what difference would there be registering it again??
