  I have wordpress username and password. I want to insert a comment in

  Depósito Creciente MultiSalida a 5 años Barclays

  and do not recognize my username and password. What I can do?

  WordPress.com and independently-hosted blogs with WordPress software are separate. You will have to register at THAT blog. Your login here has nothing to do with that.
