Username and email lost

Hello,
We are a school association in France and we lost several years ago the access to our blog. We want to retrieve it now to update it but we can’t manage to find back the username (that should normally be ‘fcpenesmy’ but it is not…) or the email adress.
The only proof we have that we own this blog is that my adress mail that i fullfill so that you can contact me ([email expurgé]) is the same than the contact email you can see in the blog just under the text ‘Pour nous contacter’ :

We also own the email [email expurgé] and I have just use it to connect to wordpress but it has created me a new account ‘fcpenesmy110917’.
I cannot fullfill the assisted account recovery form because I can’t fill any of the 3 items asked.

I’ve already tried but I can’t fulfill any of the 3 ownership proof so I cannot validate the format.
The only proof I have is that I own the email address that is indicated in the blog on the page “contact”.

I can send a note to the email address on the account that owns the site. If you can reply to that note directly I can help further. Are you able to sign in to the oecoursiut account?
