Username and Password

  Hello –

  I am trying to register a Filezilla FTP to my wordpress site so I can resolve a white screen of death problem that is preventing me from accessing my administration pages. The host name is correct as it seems to have verified it (worlds-end-bookshop.co.uk) but it says it cannot be authenticated, even though I am using my same username and password that I always use to log in.

  But then, when I tried to log in in order to make this Help posting, the same details again failed to work. So, I requested a change of password sent to my email. Now when I log in with the reset details, it takes me to a new, empty wordpress site without any plugins, without any of my details and without woocommerce.

  So, maybe we have various log ins and maybe site names registered? How can I identify the correct username and password so I can get on the FTP and solve my White Screen of Death? Looking for your assistance urgently. Thank you.
