  Why can’t WordPress remember my username and password

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Can you tell us which site are you trying to log into?

  Is it http://chiorosbrothers.wordpress.com/ or http://chiorosbrothers.com/?

  If it’s http://chiorosbrothers.com/, then you are probably caught up between WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG.

  That site is using WordPress.ORG which is hosted on a different server which might probably be using different credentials from WordPress.COM.

  So to access the dashboard of this site please contact your site administrator if you have one, or else go here: http://www.chiorosbrothers.com/wp-login.php and try to remember your credentials.

  If you cannot remember it, you can post your issue on the WordPress.ORG support forum: https://wordpress.org/support/, because this forum only supports the sites hosted on WordPress.COM(like your WordPress.COM site http://chiorosbrothers.wordpress.com/) and not elsewhere.

  And if it’s http://chiorosbrothers.wordpress.com/, then you can try resetting your password by going here: https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

  If you do not have access to your email ID either, then you have to prove the ownership of your account by filling up this account recovery form: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

  Someone from the staff will contact you via the Email ID you provide on the “What email address should we contact you at?” field.
