  I have a paid site using WordPress, and have lost my username and password. Is there any way to retrieve this info?

  Hi there,

  It looks the website is already connected to this WordPress.com account from where you’ve posted, I am able to see that your login username: alankarass

  Website username is same as your WordPress.com username and password.

  You can access your site by going to the “My Sites” option which is on the upper left-hand side of the screen.

  Or do you remember the email address used to create your site? alankarass.com
  If you’ve lost your credentials, the way to recover is by resetting your password.

  Once you are on WordPress.om login page then click login [make sure you’ve logged out from the different account] then you’ll see option called “Lost your password”? just click on the option and type your email address or username which you’ve used to create a site, that will send you confirmation mail to reset your password.

  Thanks. I clicked on “Lost your password”, typed in my username, but never get a confirmation email. I check all of my email accounts, plus their spam and trash folders. Nothing. Other recommendations?

  Did you check the “Social & Promotion tab” in the case of Gmail?

  Hi again,

  Can you please check for the email from email address: donotreplyAtwordpress.com (At:@)
  And see if you’re able to get that reset mail. If you are facing trouble re-send the mail again by going to lost your password page.

  Hi! I didn’t receive an email.

  I did find a credit card transaction ID– I forwarded that via the recovery form. I don’t know if that will help. I know that alankarass.com is linked to either (a) (email visible only to moderators and staff), or (b)alankarass or (c) akarass. However, the password reset sent to (email visible only to moderators and staff) doesn’t get me into the alankarass.com website.
