  Hi guys

  I was logged out of my WordPress and then I used my email address ((email visible only to moderators and staff)) and it wouldn’t accept it with my password so I tried to reset it and it and realised it sent a new password to the (email visible only to moderators and staff) address but this email address does not exist. I don’t know why it was in there as I didn’t put that email in.

  Can you please help me?

  Hi Sandra,

  intuitivelinks.com.au uses WordPress.org software and is hosted by HostPapa:

  WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org

  The Jetpack plugin creates a connection to WordPress.com, which means you have two sets of login details:

  1. Login details for your account on WordPress.com
  2. Login details for the account you have on the site itself (which is accessed from https://intuitivelinks.com.au/wp-admin)

  (email visible only to moderators and staff) is the email address connected to the account you have on WordPress.com:

  https://wordpress.com/me/account

  If (email visible only to moderators and staff) is being used for the account on the site itself but you don’t have access to it, please contact HostPapa for help or post to the WordPress.org support forums for advice:

  https://wordpress.org/support/forums
