Username and Password lost

    Good Day
    We have our web site returned to us from the hosting agent but we have a problem to do changes to the Web Page. The username and password is not available to us as the web developer left the company with all info and is not prepair to release the info to us.
    How can you help us to recover this info so we can do the changes as requested.
