username and password not recognized

This is a question for my mother’s blog: dippedsandiego.com
She is trying to log in with her usual credentials and getting an error stating that her log-in is incorrect. She tried to recover her password with the email address she’d been using, got the wordpress email, but when she clicked the button to “Reset password” she got another error saying that no such site existed. I tried to do the full account recovery and when I entered the username it said no such account existed; entered the site name and it said no such site existed. It’s strange, because I’m looking at the site right now and it’s working fine. What’s the deal? Was she hacked or something? (Mom asked me to help since she’s not what you’d call “tech savvy”)
