username and password not working for website

    Dear all,

    Recently, a friend of mine and me have created a website with wordpress. She created it from her computer in Germany. Now I need to manage it, but we both have tried to access the administration settings from other computers with no success. Does this have to do wih a special software that was installed only at my friends computer? Why can´t we access it from any other computer? Please do help us, it is much appreciated!

    If your friend’s blog is hosted on WordPress.COM, she should be able to access her blog’s Dashboard from any computer by logging in with her WordPress.COM username and password. If she still can’t log in, then contact WordPress.COM support.

    If her blog is self-hosted using WordPress.ORG software, first contact her webhost.
