USERNAME blunder

  I recently changed my username from paulbooren to boorenpaul not realizing I wouldn’t be able to change it back. Is there anyway I can? Because now it states that “paulbooren” already exists.

  Also, before with paulbooren as my username I had making paulbooren.wordpress.com available to me and now if I go to make a site using that domain name it states it is reserved, any way I can get access to that again?
