Username Change or delete

Hello There
I have set up a blog a long time ago and it got marked as spam, yes i know it looks bad but i would like if you can remove the block from the system or just delete the account completely

Blog: http://markdescande.wordpress.com/My new wordpress account is (email visible only to moderators and staff) and i use it to contect with my sites
So what i am saying is sorry for being a “spamer” but times has changed and so have I.
Please let me know if you cool cats can help me with this.

This blog has not been deleted http://markdescande.wordpress.com/ Provided you are logged in under the Admin username account that registered the blog in question you can delete any blog registered under that username by using these instructions. http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
After you do that if you cannot locate a verification email, look in your email client spam/junk mail filter for the email with the blog deletion verification link in it and click that link. If clicking it does not work then copy and paste the link into your upper browser bar and click.
Deleted blog URLs are not recycled. If you delete a blog URL it can not be used by you or by anyone else again. http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/ That is why I suggest you make it private instead http://en.support.wordpress.com/settings/privacy-settings/

After you delete the blog note that all you were required to provide to register an account was an email address and it can be replaced at any time.
Although username accounts are not deleted, so you cannot be impersonated and have your reputation affected by anyone registering the same username in the future, there are steps you can take that amount to removing all personal information and result in leaving only a throwaway email address behind. http://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/
1. You can go to My Account->Edit Profile and remove all data except the account name and an email address. Create a throwaway email address and change the account email to that throwaway address. This only leaves the username behind.
2. To unsubscribe from email sent to you from WordPress.com, go here and click on “Block all subscription emails from WordPress.com”:

The problem is when i try to log in to http://markdescande.wordpress.com/
The system tells me account marked as spam
Please let me know to where from here and again thank you for helping.

If your account was suspended for spam, you can contact our Terms of Service folks here and discuss it with them:
http://en.support.wordpress.com/suspended-blogs/There’s no guarantee that they will reinstate your account, but that would be the best way to inquire about it.
