Username does not exist

  I have not changed my username, but I’m receiving a message that it doesn’t exist.
  This is a GoDaddy site.
  I have been unable to add it to my list of sites on GoDaddy hub, so I am unable to access the site via cpanel and cant login directly either.
  Please help urgently!

  The WordPress.com and WordPress.org sites are completely different: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org
