Username Doesn’t Exist?

  Hi there-
  I have a WordPress account for a blog. I can’t seem to remember the username or the password and I’m wondering how I can retrieve this information – the username specifically. The email attached to the account should be my business email. But, every time I try to use this email as a username, I’m told the account doesn’t exist.

  If there is any way that you can assist me, I would truly appreciate it.

  If you can’t, then I guess I need to know how to delete a WordPress site altogether.

  Please help me as I need this site for my job searches.

  Hi there, it looks like you are using WordPress but you are not hosted here at WordPress.com. blog.lilhedyproductions.com is self-hosted at A2 Hosting. These forums are for those hosted here at WordPress.com.

  If you cannot remember the login information for your site, I would suggest contacting your web host to see if they can help you out.

  For general questions on self-hosted WordPress sites such as yours, I would suggest asking for help in the volunteer-based WordPress.org forums.

  WordPress.com and WordPress.org are separate, so if you do not already have an account at WordPress.org, you will need to register.
