Username & Email Connection

  Hello.

  I am having problems finding the email connected to the WordPress Username
  ‘2Exhibit’ with the domain http://2exhibit.com.au/. We need to reset the password since this website was made by a past designer 1 year ago. We have tried 4 of our business emails yet still unable to reset the password.

  Please let me know how I can obtain the email address used for this account and website.

  HI,

  To reset the password of an account where you do not have access to the email connected to your WordPress accounts, you can access your account using the Account Recovery Form which is accessible by clicking the “Need More Help?” button on the Password Reset page. On this form, you can provide certain pieces of information, under Proof of Ownership, to verify that you are the owner of the blog in question

  The information needed is either the transaction ID generated for your payment or the Activation URL created when the account was first created.

  This link will give you detailed information about resetting the password in case you don’t have access to the email connected to the WordPress.com account:

  Hi creative2exhibit,

  I am having problems finding the email connected to the WordPress Username ‘2Exhibit’ with the domain http://2exhibit.com.au/.

  There is a WordPress.com account with the username 2exhibit. For security reasons, I cannot share the email address being used but you can try entering that username into the Lost Password form:

  https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword

  This will send an email to the account email address — I recommend checking all of your email accounts including the spam folders. If the password reset email doesn’t come through for that WordPress.com account, please fill out the Account Recovery form @yoga1103 mentioned:

  It looks like the domain 2exhibit.com.au is no longer registered and was previously pointing to a site created by Microsoft FrontPage. If you need help access to this site (rather than a WordPress.com account), please contact your host — which appears to be Crazy Domains.
