Username Invalid

  Hello,

  When trying to log in to my website via ‘sitename’.com/wp-login it’s showing my username and email address as invalid. When trying to reset my password I need my username to do so. I have logged in using these details before so why is my username but also my email address which is tied to my site now invalid?
