Username issue

  Hi, I got added to the company I’m working for as an admin on WordPress. They added me as ‘enielsen’ as the username but I’m not able to login in using that username.

  It keeps giving me (email visible only to moderators and staff) as a username: ella.nielsen44

  WP.com: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Do you know the other webhost? I’m still lost how on to proceed. It looks like I essentially have two usernames for the same email address ((email visible only to moderators and staff))

  It’s quite possible to have hundreds of usernames/passwords for the same email address if they are all for different companies. This is WordPress.com when the site you want to log in to is over at GoDaddy.

  The site itself is hosted with GoDaddy, but if you’re not the owner of the account, they would not be able to help.

  I recommend reaching out to the person at your company who added you to the site for help.

  Also, you don’t have “two usernames” – you have two different accounts on two different websites. Your user account here at WordPress.com uses your ases.org email address. You also have an account on the ases.org WordPress site with that same email address. These two accounts are entirely separate from one another – it’s like having a login at Facebook and a login at Twitter using the same email address.

  Logging in here at WordPress.com would not give you access to the ases.org website – only the login at https://ases.org/wp-login.php would give you access.

  Again, reach out to the person at the company who added you and ask them what you should use to log into the site.
