username issues

  Help! When people click on my username (discoveringmadras), it takes them to a page that says ‘this blog as been deleted by the owner’, because it links it to my original url of makingmadrashome.wordpress.com instead of my updated site of discoveringmadras.wordpress.com. I changed my url in my account settings, but this did not fix the problem. any suggestions?

  Hi there,

  When I click your username, I am taken to a beautiful page with a lovely photo of a succulent and your username title “Discovering Madras”–you might just be looking at older versions that your computer saved.

  1. Try refreshing the page you’re clicking from.

  2. You could try to clear your browser cache and cookies–this might fix this issue:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies

  Did that do the trick?
