Username Not Available

I need glenconbeer for my username but it is not available. How do I go about gaining access to it?

That username appears to have already been reserved by someone. Once someone has that username, it can’t be reserved by anyone else.
If that username was yours and you’ve lost access to it, you can go to https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword to try to get access back.
Unfortunately, if the username has been reserved by a different person, there’s not really anything that can be done to gain access to it.

I have coliving.com, FB:coliving, Twitter:coliving, and try to get coliving.wordpress.com, but it will not give it to me, but it´s not taken already.

I think wordpress should change the policy to keep username active. For example, you can ask user to keep website active or active user have to login to there account or update at least 1 time every 6 months or 1 year
For example, i want to register username bienthuy, but it’s not available. And that user register from 2007 and there is no activities till now, so it’s complicated. -
The address coliving.wordpress.com cannot be registered. Sorry, that site is reserved!
The username coliving was registered about 5 1/2 years ago, so as @mikestraw mentioned, that username/URL is reserved and you won’t be able to use it.
