Username not found unable to log in

  We have a website for our business the was created by a web designer … The web designer has since gone out of business and we can no longer access to provide our businesses daily updates. How can we regain access to this account. All I have are the old username, password and url from the site … I am currently logged in through my personal account.
  PLEASE HELP!!!!
